You're an Organizer
While you’re good at one-on-one meetings, your focus is on getting groups of people to work as one. Actually, you don’t really care whether you’re the one doing the organizing. It’s the coordination that rings your chimes, not the power. You’re happy to have others take the lead. In fact, you enjoy an occasional joke at your expense, and some of your most memorable words might be self-deprecating. Anything to bring people together. Your greatest words in the long term, though, should be inspiring words. Look to the tools that inspire people, including tropes and the tools of rhythm.
