Enabler

You make other people better—whether giving them knowledge, healing their wounds, or inspiring others to get along. While you may not mind attention, your own focus is on others. You love to see the effect you can have, whether it’s on one person or a group or a whole nation. The world may not revolve around you, but it couldn’t do it without you.

Now, what kind of enabler are you? Click on the description that suits you best, or use the buttons below.

Which of these five statements best defines you as an Enabler?

  1. I communicate to help people improve in school or work. A born mentor, I’m good at explaining things to suit the needs of my audience. Nothing makes me happier than to see the light bulb of understanding go on in a person’s head. My words can be harsh at times, but only if they do good for someone.
  2. I grieve when people are hurt, whether physically or mentally. I’m sensitive to the feelings of others, and my words tend to comfort more than motivate.
  3. Nothing makes me happier than to see people work together in harmony. A natural referee, I’m good at resolving differences, finding compromises, and alleviating awkward situations.
  4. I see patterns and trends that other people miss. A skilled analyst, I use the trees to see the forest. I love getting other people to see my insights.
  5. None of the above. Maybe "Enabler" doesn't fit the best description of my oratorical personality.
