Broad

 

A trait of the woman's most outstanding part stands for the whole. That's a metonymy--a trait that represents the thing it stands for. You could say that "broad" is also a synecdoche, since the part represents a whole.  That's why I call both metonymy and synecdoche belonging tropes.  They're both tropes that represent traits or parts that belong to the whole--or vice versa.
